Certification Process – Integration Validation

Certification is the final validation step ensuring your integration meets PayFacto technical and operational requirements before progression to the next stage.


Purpose of Certification

Ensure that all integration requirements are met through structured testing, validation, and evidence submission reviewed by PayFacto.


STEP 1

Request Certification Script

Once development is completed, request the Certification Script from your Integration Specialist.

STEP 2

Script Delivery by PayFacto

The PayFacto Integration team provides a structured Certification Script with defined test cases and expected results.


STEP 3

Complete Test Cases & Evidence

Execute all test cases and provide complete evidence of successful execution.

  • Complete all required test scenarios
  • Fill in Certification Script results
  • Capture screenshots of payment flows
  • Ensure all expected outcomes are validated

STEP 4

Submit Certification Package

Return all completed documentation and supporting evidence to PayFacto for review.


STEP 5

Certification Review

The PayFacto team validates all submitted materials against expected behavior and technical requirements.


STEP 6

Approval Decision

Certification results in one of two outcomes:

  • Approved → Integration is validated for pilot merchant activation
  • Declined → Issues must be corrected and resubmitted for validation
