Get Sandbox Credentials

Sandbox credentials are required to begin integration development and testing within the PayFacto ecosystem. This guide explains how to request and obtain access.


Before You Start

Sandbox access is only granted after your integration scope and API usage have been validated by the PayFacto team.

 Open a project
Initiate your integration by opening a project with the PayFacto team.

 Provide use cases & requirements
Share your integration scope, workflows, and technical requirements (payment flows, onboarding needs, reporting, etc.).

 Obtain PayFacto API sign-off
The PayFacto team validates your use case and confirms which APIs must be integrated.

 Receive sandbox credentials
PayFacto will provide your sandbox credentials securely by email.

 Generate your API key
Connect to the appropriate PayFacto system and generate your API key to start development.

Sandbox credentials are strictly for development and testing purposes. Production credentials are issued only after certification approval.
