Go-live must only be performed after successful certification approval and completed pilot validation.

Certification & Compliance

✅Integration has been successfully certified by PayFacto
✅All required test cases have been executed and validated
✅Required screenshots and evidence have been submitted
✅Approval has been received from the PayFacto Integration team

Pilot Validation

✅Successful completion of pilot merchant testing
✅Real transaction flows validated in production-like conditions
✅No critical issues identified during pilot phase
✅Final sign-off received from PayFacto

Production Configuration

✅Production credentials received and securely stored
✅API endpoints updated from sandbox to production
✅Authentication keys configured correctly
✅Network/firewall rules validated (if applicable)

Operational Readiness

✅Monitoring and logging mechanisms enabled
✅Error handling and retry logic validated
✅Reconciliation process confirmed
✅Support contacts and escalation path defined

Final Go-Live Approval

✅Final validation completed by PayFacto Integration team
✅Business stakeholders approval obtained
✅Go-live date confirmed
